Chief Executive Officer


Garden Grove, CA, USA

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Nhan Hoa Comprehensive Health Care Clinic, a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), is responsible for planning, organizing and directing the activities of the organization. The person holding this position is appointed by the Board of Directors and reports directly to the Board. The CEO has the authority to carry out administrative objectives, policies and goals as determined by the Board of Directors and is expected to provide leadership for the organization and in the community. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, strategic planning, budgeting and financial oversight, oversight of clinic policies and procedures, community relations, and compliance with requirements of the 330/340 grant(s). The successful candidate must be familiar with laws and regulations related to FQHCs and have experience with grant programs and board governance. Experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) implementation and demonstrated commitment to under-served population are essential.

Compensation: Commensurate with education and experience

Travel: Travel is primarily local during the business days although some out-of-the-are and overnight travel may be expected.

·       Current medical license to practice in California or advance degree in health care administration, finance, social service administration, or in a related field.

·       Senior management experience in FQHC or nonprofit health center setting

·       Bilingual in English/Vietnamese or English/Spanish preferred
