Compliance Program Administrator - International Compliance

The Compliance Program Administrator for International Compliance plays a vital part in safeguarding the integrity of St. Jude Children's Research Hospital's global collaborations and research.

This position leads the development, implementation, and oversight of international compliance programs, including trade compliance areas such as export controls, sanctions, antiboycott laws, and anti-bribery/anti-corruption initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Leadership & Compliance Oversight
- Direct international compliance programs, including policy development, implementation, and continuous improvement
- Serve as the primary point of contact for export controls, sanctions, restricted party screenings, antiboycott laws, and anti-bribery/anti-corruption programs
- Manage risk assessment processes and conduct periodic reviews

Regulatory Guidance & Determinations
- Provide export classifications and jurisdiction determinations for technology, equipment, software, and materials
- Assess eligibility for license exemptions and exceptions
- Advise on applicability of the Fundamental Research Exclusion

Training & Education
- Develop and maintain comprehensive international compliance training programs
- Ensure internal websites and resources remain current and accessible
- Act as a resource for faculty, researchers, and staff

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field required
- 5+ years of directly applicable compliance experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of ITAR, EAR, OFAC, FCPA, and related federal regulations preferred
- One of several compliance certifications must be obtained within 2 years of employment

Salary Range: $86,320 - $154,960 per year
