Key Account Manager – Care Delivery Accounts

HealthPartners is currently hiring a Key Account Manager – Care Delivery Accounts. This role accelerates strategic growth by retaining and expanding large, high-value accounts through proactive partnership, strategic insight, and measurable value delivery. As the primary relationship lead, this role coordinates cross-functional teams to deliver integrated health care strategies that improve outcomes, manage costs, and elevate the member experience.

The Key Account Manager plays a critical role in supporting HealthPartners' largest and most complex care delivery clients, driving sustainable growth, revenue, and margin.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Five (5) years of sales/account management experience in the health care industry
- Proven success managing large, complex clients with multi-site and/or national operations
- Minnesota insurance license within 3 months of hire
- Valid Driver's License and daily access to dependable, insured vehicle
- Deep understanding of health care administration and funding models
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Administration, Public Health, or related field
- Ten (10) years of account management experience in the health care industry
- Clinical experience

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive client retention through proactive service, strategic insight, and measurable value delivery
- Serve as the primary point of contact for health care strategy and execution
- Build deep, consultative relationships with client stakeholders
- Develop and maintain strategic business plans aligned with client goals
- Translate complex health data into actionable insights

Hours/Location: Monday – Friday; core business hours. Hybrid position (onsite Wednesdays). Approximately 10% travel throughout Minnesota, Iowa, Wisconsin, South Dakota, and North Dakota.

Pay Range: $48.87 - $73.31 hourly
