The Chief Development Officer (CDO) will be responsible for planning and executing comprehensive fundraising strategies. This includes managing major gifts, overseeing capital campaigns, and cultivating donor relationships. We are looking for a candidate with 10+ years of progressive experience in development and fundraising, with a proven track record of success. A CFRE certification is preferred. The CDO will lead a team and work closely with the CEO and Board of Directors to achieve the organization's financial goals and support its mission.
