Location: 20 O'Neil Blvd, Attleboro, MA 02730 — DFCI Attleboro campus (Hybrid: 3 days onsite / 2 days remote)

Salary: $87,000 - $102,173 per year

About the Role:
As a member of the multidisciplinary oncology team, the Clinical Social Worker independently provides patient and family centered care through clinical psychosocial assessment and intervention, including crisis response; individual, couples, family, and group interventions; and short-term bereavement support.

Primary Duties Include:
- Comprehensive biopsychosocial assessment of patients and families
- Crisis intervention and risk assessment
- Evidence-based clinical interventions (individual, couples, family, group)
- Facilitating serious illness conversations and advance care planning
- Short-term bereavement support
- Care coordination with the interdisciplinary oncology team
- Connecting patients to community resources and entitlements
- Documentation in the electronic medical record
- Participation in team meetings, rounds, and case conferences

Qualifications:
- Master of Social Work (MSW) required
- Minimum 2 years social work practice as an LCSW required; health care setting preferred
- LICSW licensure in Massachusetts required
- Applicants must be eligible and willing to acquire LICSW licensure in both RI and MA
- Knowledge of evidence-based interventions and interdisciplinary teamwork
- Ability to facilitate conflict resolution
- Sensitivity to diverse populations
- Strong assessment, clinical, and communication skills
