Position Summary
This temporary (6-month) role focuses on editorial production, project management, and strategic communications within the Intelligence and Foresight cluster. The Content and Communications Lead will manage the delivery of a Forum report on multistakeholder narratives about the future, develop content products, and support team engagement with internal and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, project manage, and deliver a Forum report on future narratives.
- Coordinate editorial calendars, contributor inputs, and review cycles.
- Edit and shape content for tone, clarity, and consistency with Forum standards.
- Liaise with design and internal teams for production.
- Create content products including articles, transcripts, and video/audio scripts.
- Develop communications strategies and onboarding materials to explain Strategic Intelligence and Foresight.
- Support stakeholder engagement, including preparing Transformation Map texts.
Qualifications
- University degree in communications, journalism, international relations, political science, or a related discipline; advanced degree is an asset.
- 5-7 years of professional experience in editorial content development, communications, or publishing (ideally in an international organization, media, think tank, or consultancy).
- Demonstrated project management of complex, multi-contributor publications.
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Experience executing communications strategies across digital and traditional channels.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple deadlines.
- Fluency in English (additional languages an asset).
- Ability to work collaboratively, handle ambiguity, and manage shifting priorities.
