Digital Director

At Planned Parenthood of Wisconsin, Inc. (PPWI), we work to provide quality, affordable health care services, comprehensive education, and strong advocacy. We serve over 60,000 patients annually in 18 health centers statewide, making us the largest and most trusted reproductive health care provider in Wisconsin. This is an excellent opportunity for a Digital Director (40 hours/week) at our Administration Offices in Milwaukee or Madison, WI and remote. Additional $1.50 per hour for bilingual (English/Spanish). PURPOSE OF POSITION: The Digital Director will develop and execute digital communications strategies for Planned Parenthood of Wisconsin (PPWI) and Planned Parenthood Advocates of Wisconsin (PPAWI) across all platforms. This role ensures the organization's digital experiences align with and support the organization's mission, vision, values, brand, reputation, and strategic goals. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES: - Commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging - Strong commitment to comprehensive sexual and reproductive health programs - Track record of centering equity and justice in previous work - Demonstrated ability to tell impactful stories that center marginalized communities - Experienced leadership and team management abilities - Experience managing digital communications and building multi-channel awareness campaigns - Experience developing organic and paid digital media strategies - Effective communication in writing and verbally - Experience in fast-paced environments managing multiple projects - Experience with Microsoft applications and Adobe Creative Suite EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: - Bachelor's degree in advertising, communications, journalism or related discipline - 7 years of experience developing and executing creative strategies across digital, earned, owned, and/or paid media - Must have demonstrated supervisory experience ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Digital Strategy & Creative Direction - Direct and execute short- and long-term communications strategies - Develop and communicate a comprehensive digital creative strategy - Collaborate with Marketing Department to ensure brand, digital, and creative strategy are connected - Maintain high-quality creative standards for all digital marketing and communications output Concept Development & Content Creation - Lead concept development and content creation across digital campaigns and platforms - Develop and execute a full digital media relations strategy - Drive strategy for inbound marketing, digital advertising, website development, UX, and SEO Team Leadership - Support community-based teams around events and new/expanded offerings - Serve as point person for PPFA's digital communications team Data Analysis & Technology Trends - Utilize data analytics to inform new and creative digital strategies - Stay up to date on digital media trends, best practices, and emerging technologies Any job offer will be contingent upon the results of a background investigation.
