Director, Global Enrollment Management and Student Success Compliance

New York University seeks a Director, Global Enrollment Management and Student Success Compliance to serve as the subject-matter expert and consultative resource to Global Enrollment Management and Student Success (GEMSS) leaders on federal and state regulations, such as Title IV, and other compliance issues across Financial Aid, Admissions, Registrar, Student Success, and Institutional Research. The Director will interpret policy, review practices across GEMSS, and recommend changes that ensure compliant, consistent, and efficient operations. Responsibilities include leading FERPA compliance in collaboration with the Registrar, including training and monitoring; overseeing reporting and audit activities involving Title IV and other regulations; and conducting compliance reviews and audits. The Director serves as a consultative partner to compliance administrators across the University, including the Office of Legal Counsel, University Compliance, Internal Audit, and Enterprise Risk Management. Salary range: $145,000 to $185,000. Location: New York, NY.
