Position: Director of Data Culture and Insights

Location: Fresno, CA (Hybrid or remote arrangement available; candidates must reside within 125 miles of a U.S. AAA location)

Salary: Varies by geographic location. For Fresno, CA: $91,000 - $96,000. Includes annual performance-based incentive.

The Director will lead initiatives to transform the enterprise into a data-driven organization. Key responsibilities include:

• Elevating data literacy and expanding access to actionable insights.
• Embedding data-informed decision-making across the organization.
• Championing data culture through storytelling, training, change management, and strategic enablement.
• Collaborating across Data, AI, Operations, Marketing, and business leadership teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, mathematics, data science, technology, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• 5–10 years of progressive experience in data analytics, business strategy, or organizational transformation.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and storytelling skills to influence stakeholders.
• Strong analytical thinking, strategic planning, and change management skills.
• Ability to translate complex data concepts into clear, actionable business insights.
• Preferred: Experience advancing data literacy; designing training/enablement strategies; familiarity with data governance/quality; knowledge of AI/machine learning concepts.
