Enterprise Medical Director, Signature Services - Oncology

PeaceHealth is seeking an Enterprise Medical Director Signature Services - Oncology in Vancouver, WA. This position is up to 1.0 FTE, split 0.50 FTE administrative + up to 0.50 FTE clinical.

The Enterprise Medical Director, Signature Services - Oncology provides enterprise-wide clinical leadership for oncology services across PeaceHealth. Working with operational leaders, physician colleagues, executive leadership, and regional teams, this role advances clinical excellence, drives innovation, and supports service line performance across the system.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Provides systemwide clinical leadership and direction for signature services regional medical directors, advancing clinical excellence and care model redesign.
- Partners with system and regional leaders to guide hospital departments and ambulatory clinics, ensuring alignment with targeted performance outcomes.
- Establishes and oversees a comprehensive quality reporting framework and supports a robust peer review process across all regions.
- Collaborates with the Signature Services Steering Committee on care delivery models, clinical objectives, resources, and organizational structure.
- Supports operational and business plans that drive standardization, optimization, and efficiency.
- Leads recruitment, evaluation, and retention of signature services clinical providers.
- Champions continuous improvement initiatives to advance clinical excellence, patient safety, and provider experience.
- Ensures compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements and monitors patient, physician, and staff satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS
Required Education: Accredited School of Medicine; accredited residency program in a medical or clinical specialty.
Required Experience: Minimum 7 years practicing medicine; minimum 7 years in physician management.
Required Credentials: DEA number; current physician licensure in the State of practice; medical staff membership and clinical privileges.
