Executive Director, Corporate Relations

Texas Christian University (TCU) seeks an Executive Director of Corporate Relations to shape and lead the university's corporate engagement strategies. Reporting through the Marketing and Communication division, this leader will foster long-term alliances that enhance academic excellence, research innovation, and student success.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Identify, establish, and maintain relationships with corporate partners aligned with TCU's mission and the LEAD ON: Values in Action Strategic Plan. Manage a collaborative team, represent TCU in external forums, and secure philanthropic support and sponsorship opportunities. Drive innovation and operational excellence across multi-dimensional partnerships.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in business administration, public relations, science, engineering, or related field preferred.

Experience: 7 years of experience in corporate relations, partnership development, or business development (higher education or industry); 10 years preferred.

Skills: Proven track record leading teams, managing complex partnerships, and implementing strategy within a large organization. Strong technical expertise in initiating research opportunities. Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
