The Executive Director of Enrollment at Michigan Tech provides enrollment strategy, vision, and leadership, and develops enrollment growth initiatives that capitalize on Michigan Technological University's strong position as a premier R1 institution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Leverage the University's strong marketplace position for expansion
• Develop, execute, and implement high impact enrollment initiatives
• Build and manage strategic partnerships across education and industry sectors
• Track and manage opportunities using Slate CRM
• Monitor industry trends and identify opportunities for programmatic changes
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree
• 7+ years in admissions, recruitment, enrollment management, or sales
• 5+ years in leadership role
• Experience with CRM and student information systems
• Ability to travel up to 30%
Salary: Minimum $90,000
