General Manager 4 - School/Child Nutrition

Role Overview

Sodexo is seeking a General Manager - School/Child Nutrition to lead our child nutrition partnership with Huntsville Public Schools in Huntsville, TX.

Must be able to provide strong leadership and direction to the food service department with a focus on providing innovative and high-quality programs.

This position offers a great work-life balance where the candidate will typically work M-F.

What You Bring

- A work history demonstrating strong employee engagement leadership skills, as well as previous supervisory experience and the ability to work collaboratively
- Culinary production experience and a strong background in safety and sanitation compliance
- Can manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and a passion for a high level of customer service
- Prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed
- Valid driver's license required

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's degree, with academic major in food and nutrition, food service management, dietetics, family and consumer sciences, nutrition education, culinary arts, business, or a related field
Minimum Management Experience - 3 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 4 years of relevant school nutrition programs experience
