Global Social Media & Digital Communications Manager (US)

Perkins Coie is seeking a Global Social Media & Digital Communications Manager (US) to lead the firm's U.S. social media strategy and digital communications. This role owns the content calendar, coordinates with global teams, manages agency relationships, and drives brand awareness through organic and paid initiatives. This is a multi-location position open to candidates in Seattle, WA; San Diego, CA; Los Angeles, CA; Portland, OR; and Phoenix, AZ.

Key Responsibilities: Lead U.S. social media strategy across organic, paid, leadership channels, and employee advocacy; manage the end-to-end content calendar, creation, and publishing; advise on best practices and deliver content for marketing and communications initiatives; monitor news for relevant social media opportunities; analyze and report on channel performance and trends; lead agency relationships and media strategy briefings; manage employee advocacy tools and strategies; coordinate with global teams across Asia, Australia, and EMEA for brand alignment; and ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to internal policies.

Qualifications: In-depth knowledge of social media and digital marketing; deep understanding of LinkedIn and the ability to train others; experience producing clean digital copy with sub-editing and proofreading skills; experience managing agency relationships and multichannel campaigns; and strong communication skills. Preferred: 6+ years of experience; B2B or professional services (legal/financial) experience; a Bachelor's degree; experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, employee advocacy platforms (Haiilo, DSMN8), and social media tools (Sprout Social, Hootsuite); proficiency in Canva; and familiarity with SEO, PPC, CRM systems, and Google Analytics.

Compensation varies by location, ranging from $93,240 to $180,870, with specific ranges for the San Francisco Bay Area, Los Angeles, New York, Washington, D.C., San Diego, Washington state, and Colorado.
