International Training Program Administrator

$70,000 - $90,000 per year

The American Heart Association has an excellent opportunity for an International Training Program Administrator supporting our National Center office located in Dallas, TX. This role can be home based.

The International Training Program Administrator will support the growth, quality, and operational excellence of the American Heart Association's global training network. This position works closely with international training centers, instructors, volunteers, regional teams, and internal stakeholders to support onboarding, administration, quality monitoring, and continuous improvement of training programs worldwide.

Responsibilities:

Global Training Network Administration
- Support the ongoing growth and administration of the global Training Network.
- Coordinate onboarding activities for new International Training Centers (ITCs).
- Monitor training center performance and maintain accurate program records.
- Assist with renewals, compliance activities, audits, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Respond to inquiries regarding training programs, policies, procedures, and training center operations.

Program Development & Implementation
- Develop and implement plans supporting establishment and growth of new International Training Centers.
- Monitor program performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support implementation of training initiatives, new programs, and operational changes.
- Assist with rollout of international training programs and products.
- Maintain documentation, policies, procedures, and program resources.

Quality Assurance & Compliance
- Monitor adherence to AHA training standards, policies, and program requirements.
- Coordinate instructor and training center quality reviews.
- Support development and execution of remediation plans when needed.
- Maintain tracking and reporting tools for quality and program performance metrics.

Volunteer and Stakeholder Engagement
- Support recruitment, onboarding, management, and recognition of volunteer resources.
- Coordinate volunteer participation in educational programs, conferences, and special initiatives.
- Work collaboratively with regional teams, international training center coordinators, instructors, and faculty.
- Serve as a liaison between internal stakeholders and external training partners.

Customer & Training Center Support
- Manage the pipeline of organizations interested in becoming AHA training centers.
- Consult with prospective and existing training centers regarding program requirements and implementation.
- Provide responsive customer service and issue resolution.

Reporting & Project Management
- Track program growth and maintain performance metrics.
- Develop reports related to network development and training activity.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects involving multiple internal departments.
- Support planning and execution of conferences, meetings, trainings, and special events.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Education, Public Health, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3 years of experience in program administration, project management, training operations, education programs, healthcare programs, or customer relationship management.
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a global, cross-cultural environment.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).
- Domestic and international travel up to 30-40% required.

Preferred: Experience with international customers, virtual/in-person international meetings, Salesforce/CRM/LMS platforms, and additional language skills.

Compensation: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Full-time position with comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision, retirement match, tuition assistance, and generous PTO.
