Overview

The Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation is the largest nonprofit addiction recovery organization in the United States, serving nearly 25,000 people annually across seventeen treatment sites. The Foundation utilizes an ecosystem approach to prevention, education, research, advocacy, and treatment. The Manager, Clinical Services provides oversight and leadership for the daily operations of substance use disorder and mental health services.

Responsibilities

  • Provide oversight, leadership, and management for daily operations of substance use disorder and mental health services.
  • Provide clinical supervision to staff, students, and interns to facilitate competency and ethical practice.
  • Manage daily operations to ensure services meet standards of care, budget parameters, and strategic goals.
  • Provide business leadership, including fiscal responsibility and monitoring of clinical documentation and billing.
  • Represent Hazelden Betty Ford services to various audiences and participate in leadership meetings and projects.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Certificate or degree program in addiction counseling (or equivalent).
  • MN LADC licensure.
  • 3+ years of experience in substance use disorder or behavioral health.
  • 1+ year of leadership/supervision experience.
  • Current CPR certification (Red Cross or AHA).

Preferred:

  • Master's degree in Addiction Studies or a related field.
  • Licensure as LMHC, LMFC, LCSW, LPC, or LPCC.
  • 3+ years of clinical supervision experience.

Location: Center City, MN (on-site).
