Job Description Summary
The Arizona Superior Court in Pima County's Juvenile Court is seeking a dynamic and value-driven leader with exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills to manage the Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) program. This critical role requires the capability to inspire, motivate, and effectively lead a diverse team while fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment. The CASA program ensures that children are seen, heard, and supported throughout the dependency process. Position Overview
Under the direction of the Director of Court, Children, and Family Services, the incumbent manages the Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) Program's services, personnel, operations, administration, and activities in the achievement of Pima County Juvenile Court's mission, vision, and values.
Hiring Range: $63,544 - $69,909

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business or public administration, or a related field
- Five years of relevant professional work experience including at least one year in a supervisory or lead role
- OR any equivalent combination of experience, training and/or education approved by Human Resources
Preferred Qualifications:
- Commitment to the mission and values of the CASA Program and Pima County Juvenile Court
- Robust background in managing complex programs, particularly in nonprofit and/or child welfare sectors
- Experience with volunteer coordination including recruiting, screening, training, and managing volunteers
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Essential Duties:
- Lead and manage the development, implementation, and administration of CASA Program goals, objectives, policies, and procedures
- Manage and evaluate the recruitment, selection, training, goal setting, work, and performance evaluation of CASA Program employees
- Oversee daily operations of the CASA Program
- Develop, implement, and update policies and procedures to meet best practice standards
- Identify and evaluate funding and grant opportunities
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with Arizona regulatory CASA authority and local CASA Support Council
- Develop, monitor, and administer budgets and expenditures
- Ensure timely and accurate data collection, analysis, and evaluation
- Collaborate with community leaders, government officials, attorneys, and other agencies
