Manager of Information Technology

Northwest Center is an $80M nonprofit with 900+ employees serving people of all abilities across the Seattle region. The Manager of Information Technology will oversee daily IT operations, lead a small team, manage vendors, and ensure reliable technology support across multiple sites.

Responsibilities:

• Lead IT team supporting service desk, infrastructure, and networking
• Establish IT standards, SOPs, and security/compliance practices
• Manage inventory, purchasing, vendor relationships, and performance
• Monitor systems and evaluate tools; track metrics and SLAs
• Hire, train, and develop IT staff
• Collaborate on technology requirements and budget planning

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• 5+ years IT leadership in multi-site environments
• 5+ years Microsoft stack experience (Azure, Microsoft 365, etc.)
• Project leadership experience; nonprofit/healthcare preferred
• HIPAA/SOC2 and hybrid workforce experience preferred
