Based primarily at the Texas A&M–Fort Worth location, this temporary, grant-funded role supports rural clinical partnerships throughout the state. - Coordinate patient transitions among telehealth services, local clinics, delivering hospitals, and specialty providers.
- Maintain accurate documentation, coding, and billing across clinical systems while complying with HIPAA, payer requirements, telehealth regulations, and site protocols.
- Collaborate with rural clinics, hospitals, community partners, leadership, and IT staff to strengthen maternal-health access and resolve care-delivery barriers.
- Participate in quality improvement, case review, performance reporting, outreach, and program-development activities.
Required Qualifications:
- MSN degree.
- Four years of related obstetric clinical experience as an APRN, including high-risk pregnancy management/collaboration, maternal-fetal medicine, telehealth, and electronic fetal monitoring experience; equivalent education and experience may be considered.
- Active, unrestricted Texas APRN license.
- Board certification as a CNM, WHNP-BC, or FNP-BC.

Preferred qualifications include experience in rural, underserved, telehealth, multi-site/EMR, maternal quality-improvement, remote-monitoring, and billing/coding settings; Spanish-language ability is a plus. The role may require up to 20% travel to rural partner sites and schedule flexibility; weekly hours will not exceed 40 without leadership approval.
