National Program Director, Public Health, Clinical Solutions & Licensing

The American Heart Association has an excellent opportunity for a National Program Director, Public Health, Clinical Solutions & Licensing at our National Center in Dallas, Texas (home-based/remote work is available).

The Director, Clinical Solutions and Licensing is responsible for leading the organization's strategy and execution for the commercialization of AI-enabled content and solutions, as well as electronic health record (EHR) partnerships. The role focuses on senior-level leadership in partnership development, licensing strategy, and enterprise deal execution to drive scalable growth.

Responsibilities:
- Defining alliance and licensing strategy
- Negotiating complex commercial and licensing agreements
- Coordinating cross-functional efforts with product, legal, and technology teams to ensure successful integration, compliance, and adoption
- Overseeing the customer success team to ensure ongoing sales

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of progressive experience in healthcare technology, digital health, or health-IT-adjacent organizations, with increasing responsibility in partnerships, enterprise sales, or commercialization
- Preferred: 10+ years of relevant experience
