Nursing Workforce Program Manager

Dana-Farber Cancer Institute seeks a Nursing Workforce Program Manager to develop strategic initiatives to strengthen the attraction, recruitment, development, and retention of the nursing workforce. This is a hybrid position (2-3 days onsite per week) located in Brookline, Massachusetts.

Responsibilities:
- Lead nursing workforce development initiatives aligned with operational needs and institutional policies
- Serve as a visible representative and advocate for Dana-Farber nursing
- Cultivate relationships with academic institutions to strengthen student engagement and transition-to-practice pathways
- Partner with marketing and talent acquisition teams to develop branding and recruitment campaigns
- Represent nursing at recruitment events, conferences, and school-based programs
- Design, implement, and evaluate workforce-related programs and analyze recruitment/retention data trends

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required; Master's degree in Nursing Education, Health Care Administration, Organizational Leadership, Public Health, or related field preferred
- 5 years of nursing experience required, including clinical practice and progressive experience in nursing education, workforce planning, recruitment outreach, or program management
- Oncology experience and experience representing an organization externally preferred
- Registered Nurse license in Massachusetts or New Hampshire required
- Professional certification (e.g., NPD-BC, oncology-specific) required within 3 years of hire
