President and Chief Executive Officer

Naples Botanical Garden has retained Isaacson, Miller to assist in the search for its next President and Chief Executive Officer (President & CEO). The President & CEO provides visionary leadership for all aspects of this acclaimed botanical garden, including education, conservation, horticulture, and operations.

Naples Botanical Garden is a 170-acre botanical garden located in Naples, Florida. It features stunning garden collections inspired by the tropical and subtropical regions between the Tropics of Cancer and Capricorn. The Garden is a leading educational and conservation organization committed to connecting people with plants.

Position Summary: The President and Chief Executive Officer will lead Naples Botanical Garden's mission to connect people with plants to better the world. Reporting to the Board of Trustees, the next President & CEO will provide strategic and operational leadership for the Garden's programs, fundraising, community engagement, and long-term sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction for the Naples Botanical Garden


• Partner with the Board of Trustees on governance, strategic planning, and fiduciary oversight


• Advance the Garden's mission in conservation, education, and horticulture


• Lead and inspire a talented team of staff and volunteers


• Champion major fundraising efforts and cultivate key donor relationships


• Serve as the primary ambassador and spokesperson for the Garden in the community


• Ensure operational excellence and financial sustainability


• Build and strengthen partnerships with local, regional, and national organizations
