The Project Manager (PM) independently plans, directs, coordinates, and delivers projects through the entire life cycle. Responsibilities include achieving objectives on time and within budget, facilitating problem-solving and change management, and applying Agile methodologies. The PM manages medium to large projects with moderate to high risk, provides guidance on PM practices, and may lead project teams by removing impediments, coaching on Agile values, and facilitating decision-making.

Responsibilities:
- Works independently to plan, direct, coordinate, and deliver projects from initiation to hand-off, ensuring objectives are met on time and on budget.
- Facilitates problem-solving, decision-making, and change management; applies negotiation skills; and builds relationships across diverse functions.
- Uses Agile methodologies; monitors scrum processes and meetings; removes impediments; supports and educates Product Owners; and coaches the team to higher levels of maturity.
- May require matrix supervision, evaluation of staff from other departments, and managing direct or indirect reports.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with 7 years of Project Management experience OR Master's degree with 4 years of experience.
- Preferred: Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
- Preferred Education: Project management, business administration, or management.
- Additional certifications: Certified Product Manager, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Advanced Certified Scrum Master (A-CSM), PMI Agile Certified Practitioner, and/or Certified Scrum Professional (CSP).

Salary: $93,392 - $140,129.60 annually.
