Senior Digital Associate

Mighty Earth is hiring a Senior Digital Associate to shape and implement our digital strategy, with a focus on social media. You will be part of high-level campaigns to save rainforests, rewild native ecosystems, stop climate pollution, transform the way food is produced, and more!

We achieve transformative change by creating campaigns, communications, and practical engagement with decision-makers to shift entire industries and influence government policy.

Your Responsibilities

• Serve as Mighty Earth's content strategist and creator across social media programs, especially LinkedIn and Instagram.
• Identify growth opportunities for Mighty Earth's digital presence and recommend next steps on additional platforms.
• Work closely with campaign teams to create, manage, and publish compelling content, including images, posts, and video.
• Create and manage Mighty Earth's social media calendar with strategic campaign actions.
• Lead analytics, SEO optimization and reporting to help assess effectiveness and impact.
• Collaborate with allies and Indigenous partners across the world to create online content.
• Stay informed about the latest trends in social media.

What We're Looking For

• Record of creating outstanding social media content.
• Experience building successful, innovative social media campaigns that drive organic growth.
• Graphic design skills and strong video editing skills.
• Skilled writer who can adapt tone for different online audiences.
• At least three years of experience in digital or communications work, ideally in a nonprofit/advocacy setting.
• Global outlook with ability to work with team members across continents.

• Full-time position; candidates can be based in the U.S. or U.K.
• Salary: 40,000 - 59,000 GBP for UK candidates (70,000 - 79,000 USD for US candidates).
