Northwest Kidney Centers is hiring for a Senior Director of Finance to join our Finance Team in our Burien Pavilion location.
Shift: Monday - Friday, Full-time, Hybrid.
Salary Range: $190,000 - $207,500 - $225,000
Purpose
The Senior Director of Finance serves as a strategic and operational leader responsible for driving the organization's financial planning, analysis, operations, and stewardship. This position partners closely with the CFO, controller, executive leadership, and department leaders to ensure financial sustainability, transparency, and alignment with organizational strategy and mission. The Senior Director of Finance translates complex financial data into clear insights, contributes to strengthening financial controls and processes, and leads finance objectives in support of long-term growth and impact.
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
- 10+ years of progressive finance experience, including senior level leadership.
- Strong background in financial planning, budgeting and analysis.
- Demonstrated experience with cross-functional collaboration and process improvement.
- Proven ability to partner with executives and influence decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate financial concepts for non-financial leaders.
- Strong understanding of healthcare financial operations and industry standards.
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and research skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail and deadlines.
- Advanced writing and communication skills.
- Strong project management and organizational capabilities.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
Preferred qualifications:
- CPA, CFA, MBA, or similar advanced credential.
- Experience in nonprofit or healthcare organizations.
- Experience preparing materials and/or working with Boards or Board Finance Committees.
- Knowledge of reimbursement models and regulated environments.
