Senior Director of Grants

Oasis Center seeks a Senior Director of Grants to provide strategic leadership and enterprise-level ownership of our grants portfolio, securing, stewarding, and expanding institutional funding.

Salary: $80,000 - $85,000

Job Objective:
The Senior Director of Grants provides strategic leadership of Oasis Center's grants portfolio, securing up to $1.5M in foundation support and $5-6M annually in federal, state, and local government funding. In close partnership with Executive Leadership, Directors, and the Finance team, you will assess funding needs, lead the development of competitive proposals, ensure excellence in compliance and reporting, and advance programmatic outcomes and organizational capacity.

Essential Functions:
• Own and achieve annual and multi-year grants revenue goals
• Lead the full grants lifecycle from prospect research through reporting
• Design and manage comprehensive grants pipeline aligned with organizational strategy
• Conduct ongoing research of funding trends and public policy
• Partner with Directors to assess funding needs and co-develop proposals
• Develop strategic funding recommendations for Executive Leadership
• Lead capacity-building and infrastructure grant development
• Ensure grant submissions are accurate, compliant, and timely
• Provide oversight of grant reporting and compliance processes
• Maintain audit-ready grant records and documentation
• Cultivate relationships with foundation and government funders

Minimum Requirements:
• BA degree required
• 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in grants development or institutional fundraising
• Demonstrated success securing and managing significant nonprofit funding
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with grant management and CRM platforms; Salesforce preferred
• Commitment to anti-oppression and equity-centered practices
• Understanding of Positive Youth Development and Trauma-Informed Care
