Senior Director of Grants

The Senior Director of Grants provides strategic leadership and enterprise-level ownership of Oasis Center's grants portfolio, securing, stewarding, and expanding institutional funding in alignment with organizational priorities, program impact, and long-term sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own and achieve annual grants revenue goals including up to $1.5M in foundation support and $5-6M annually in federal, state, and local government funding
• Lead the full grants lifecycle including prospect research, strategy development, proposal writing, submission, and reporting
• Design and manage a comprehensive grants pipeline and submission calendar
• Partner with Directors to assess funding needs and develop proposal content
• Serve as lead architect for capacity-building and infrastructure grants
• Ensure all grant submissions are accurate, complete, compliant, and submitted on time
• Cultivate and steward strong relationships with foundation and government funders
Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible experience in grants development or institutional fundraising
• Demonstrated success securing and managing significant nonprofit funding
• Strong organizational, project management, and strategic planning skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with grant management and CRM platforms; Salesforce preferred
• BA degree required
• Commitment to serving LGBTQ+ youth and equity-centered practices
