We are hiring a Sr. Application Developer RPA/Workday in our National Center office located in Dallas, TX. This position can also work remotely from a home-based office within the US. Responsibilities The Sr. Application Developer is responsible for configuring, developing, and maintaining software applications to meet internal needs and support the organization's operational efficiency. This includes troubleshooting, testing, and optimizing applications for performance, while integrating them with other systems to ensure reliability and consistency. Essential Job Duties: - Develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software solutions within the AHA enterprise application suite. - Manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables. - Act as a "Service Owner", responsible for maintenance, support, licensing, and vendor management for assigned applications. - Primarily build new RPA (UiPath) bots and maintain existing ones. - Work within the Workday ecosystem - building reports, calculated fields, and integrations using EIBs or Workday Studio. - May build/configure solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, or Power BI). - Build and maintain integrations between different systems. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: - 3+ years of experience in one or more of the following: UiPath RPA Development, Workday report writing, building Workday integrations, or Microsoft Power Platform development. - Strong problem solving, analytical, and debugging skills. Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field preferred. - 5+ years combined experience in one or more of the development platforms/areas listed above. - Demonstrated ability in multiple development areas (RPA, Workday, Power Platform) is a strong plus. - Some experience with REST APIs, SQL, and/or JavaScript. - UiPath certification. - Experience with version control (Git). Compensation & Benefits Expected pay range will be $80,000 to $95,000. Pay is commensurate with experience; geographic differentials to the pay range may apply. The American Heart Association reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range. The AHA offers programs for employee health, retirement, and more.
