Statewide Organizing Manager

Position: Statewide Organizing Manager - North Carolina Black Alliance

The Statewide Organizing Manager will support the organizing efforts of both the North Carolina Black Alliance and Advance North Carolina by managing the organizing staff, leading implementation of established strategies, and collaborating with departments to achieve identified goals. This includes tracking team progress and voter engagement data during the 2026 primary and general election seasons.

Responsibilities: Supervise and evaluate a team of county organizers and Regional Organizing Managers; establish clear goals for GOTV and electoral work; conduct regular check-ins; coordinate with Data Coordinator to track base building data; oversee advocacy initiatives; implement GOTV portfolio; support coalition relationships; manage election protection efforts.

Requirements: 3+ years proven work experience, preferably in 501(c)(3) nonprofit; Bachelor's degree required; North Carolina Resident Required; strong interpersonal skills; proficient in Microsoft and Google Workspace.

Salary: $70,000 - $85,000 | Location: Raleigh, NC
