VP, Compliance & Risk

St. Paul's Senior Services seeks a strategic, executive-level compliance leader to oversee and continuously strengthen its enterprise-wide compliance and ethics program. The Vice President will advise executive leadership and governing boards, direct enterprise risk-management initiatives, guide regulatory change management, and provide oversight of privacy, HIPAA, information governance, audits, investigations, corrective actions, and compliance analytics across senior housing, skilled nursing, PACE, home-based care, and other regulated healthcare services.

Ideal candidates bring a bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, law, or a related discipline, with an advanced degree preferred; progressive leadership experience in healthcare compliance, regulatory affairs, or risk management; and demonstrated success leading enterprise-wide programs within complex, multi-site healthcare or senior-services organizations. Healthcare compliance credentials such as CHC, CHPC, CCEP, or CPHQ are preferred.
