ExecSearchesNonprofit Executive Search

For career services and alumni offices

A page you can link to, and the reason you might want to

ExecSearches has listed senior nonprofit and mission-driven roles since 1998. This page exists so that an office deciding whether to put us on a resource list can see exactly what their people would get, and copy a link without writing to anybody.

What your alumni and students actually get

  • No account to read a posting. Every job on the site is readable without signing up, without a login wall, and without an email address.
  • No trackers. There is no advertising pixel, no social widget, and no third-party analytics script on the pages your people would land on. Nobody is building a profile of your students from a visit here.
  • Nothing is sold. We do not sell, rent or share candidate data. There is no resume database being marketed to anyone.
  • Senior roles, deliberately. Executive directors, chief executives, chief development and chief program officers, and the senior management tier underneath them. This is not a general job board with an executive filter on it.
  • Jobs that closed stay readable. An archived search keeps its page and says plainly that it has closed, so a link from your site in 2027 does not turn into a dead end in 2029.

Nothing needs to be requested or approved. Take whichever of these fits your page.

The whole board

<a href="https://www.execsearches.com/">ExecSearches.com</a> &mdash; senior nonprofit and mission-driven jobs, no account required

Your own state, which is usually the more useful link

<a href="https://www.execsearches.com/nonprofit-jobs-in-massachusetts/">Nonprofit executive jobs in Massachusetts</a> (ExecSearches.com)

Swap Massachusetts for your state from the list in the sidebar. Each state page carries the open roles in that state, newest first, plus the senior function pages under it.

What we are not going to ask you for

There is no reciprocal link, no partnership agreement, no logo placement and no form. If the page is useful to your office, use it. If it is not, that is a reasonable answer and you will not hear from us again about it.

If you would rather ask a person

Write to [email protected] and it reaches F. Jay Hall, who has run this board for twenty-eight years and answers his own email. If your office wants something a standard page does not cover, a regional list, a function-specific page, or a feed, ask. We have built those before.

Who runs it

ExecSearches.com was founded by F. Jay Hall, who began in executive search at Isaacson, Miller, working for Arnie Miller. Isaacson, Miller was this board's first client and is still a client today. The board carries searches for firms placing into colleges, universities, foundations, hospitals and advocacy organizations, which is why a career office tends to recognize the postings on it.
