Associate, Global Donation Operations

About IRC: The International Rescue Committee responds to the world's worst humanitarian crises, helping to restore health, safety, education, economic wellbeing, and power to people devastated by conflict and disaster.

Position: Associate, Global Donation Operations - responsible for timely and efficient processing of donations, creating and maintaining accurate donation records, and upholding donation data integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and deposit daily donations (checks, credit cards)
• Create and update donation records
• Review quality control reports and perform data hygiene tasks
• Work with caging vendor and Supporter Care team
• Build reports to support fundraising objectives

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years clerical/admin support experience
• Excellent computer skills (MS Office, Excel)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience with Salesforce-based CRM preferred

Environment: Hybrid - Two days in office, three days work from home
