OneTogether Solutions (OTS) is a majority Native-owned healthcare organization dedicated to empowering communities and transforming lives through culturally respectful, compassionate care. We partner with Native American tribes and specialize in developing and managing Tribal 638 programs that focus on Opioid Treatment Programs (OTPs) along with physical health, mental health, and other wrap-around services.

THE ORGANIZATION
OTS partners with tribal nations to develop and manage Opioid Treatment Programs that go far beyond traditional addiction care, offering whole-person services including mental health, primary and urgent care, dental, and patient navigation. With three operational clinics and two more in development, OTS serves over 1,100 patients and is growing rapidly, doubling in size over the past two years.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead and communicate a compelling vision for OTS, ensuring alignment with its mission, goals, and strategic priorities
• Provide day-to-day leadership of the OTS Leadership Team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and high performance
• Oversee development and execution of annual performance goals
• Ensure delivery of high-quality, cost-effective management services to Tribal clients
• Partner with the Board to drive business development efforts
• Lead new clinic development and launch activities
• Provide financial oversight for OTS and managed clinics

QUALIFICATIONS
• 10+ years of executive leadership experience
• Proven experience leading medical clinics and building high-quality multispecialty practices
• Experience working with State, Local, or Federal Government agencies
• Track record of managing multi-site healthcare operations
• Strong understanding of compliance and funding mechanisms
• Bachelor's degree required; master's degree in business, public health, or healthcare administration preferred
