Senior Manager of Pathways

$73,855 - $96,876 annually

The Senior Manager of Pathways supports growth across two bodies of work: Adult Registered Apprenticeships (TDAP) and multi-industry Youth Apprenticeship. The role is split evenly between administrative/compliance work for the Teacher Degree Apprenticeship Program (TDAP) and regional management for youth district ecosystems.

Responsibilities

Adult Apprenticeships & TDAP Operations:

  • Lead district onboarding and governance, navigating stakeholder requirements and district-specific agreements.
  • Manage state and board compliance, including inputting data into the federal RAPIDS database.
  • Collaborate with Institutions of Higher Education (IHE) to align coursework and manage portfolios.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for active district partners and adult apprentices.

Youth Apprenticeship Engagement & Management:

  • Build systemic capacity within school districts by delivering "Train-the-Trainer" modules and toolkits.
  • Design and support work-based learning and pre-apprenticeship programs.
  • Coordinate regional recruitment efforts (Apprenticeship 101s, profile creation, mock interviews).
  • Monitor student progression and pipeline health during the recruitment cycle.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development team to align student talent with employer demand.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 5-10+ years in workforce development, education administration, project management, or CTE pathways.
  • Technical Proficiency: Ability to navigate specialized tracking databases; RAPIDS and Salesforce experience preferred.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with Colorado K-12 landscape, school district structures, and Higher Education pathways.
  • Skills: Exceptional project management skills, ability to manage complex compliance, and experience in strategic recruitment.
  • Competencies: Resourceful problem-solving, comfort with bureaucratic systems, and an equity-centered approach to program design.

Salary

$73,855.00 - $96,876.00 annually.
