Chief Financial Officer

Position: Chief Financial Officer - Bellarmine Preparatory School

Bellarmine is a Catholic Jesuit college preparatory secondary school with an enrollment of approximately 890 students in grades 9-12. Reporting to the President, the CFO provides strategic and operational leadership for the Business Office, including Human Resources.

Responsibilities: Oversee Risk Management, Accounting, Student Accounts and Tuition Assistance, Payroll & Benefits, and Human Resources; guide financial decision-making; prepare and present financial statements, budgets, and reports; manage annual operating budget; oversee tuition assistance program; protect school assets; manage audits and compliance.

Requirements: 15-20+ years progressive financial accounting experience; 10+ years senior financial leadership; undergraduate degree in Accounting or related field required; CPA license and/or Master's degree strongly preferred; strong GAAP knowledge; nonprofit experience preferred.

Salary: $155,000 - $185,000 | Location: Tacoma, WA
