Role, Structure, and Team

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will report to the Chief Executive Officer and partner with an engaged Board Finance Committee while leading accounting, revenue cycle, budgeting, forecasting, grants, audits, risk, and compliance aligned to Federally Qualified Health Center standards. The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be supported by a capable finance team and collaborate daily with friendly nurses and a diverse interprofessional workforce that includes physicians, advanced practice providers, dental and behavioral health leaders, pharmacy, operations, and IT. The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will drive payer contracting strategy, UDS-informed reporting, service line analytics, capital planning, cash flow optimization, and process improvement to sustain access and quality. Experience in a FQHC setting is required.
