Chief Financial Officer

WittKieffer is partnering with Diversus Health on its search for a dynamic, distinguished and highly qualified Chief Financial Officer to join their executive leadership team to support the organization's continued growth, financial sustainability, and mission impact.

Candidate Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Healthcare Administration, or related field and/or CPA is required.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in financial management, with at least 3 years as a finance executive in a $20M+ healthcare organization (behavioral health experience strongly preferred).
• Deep knowledge of healthcare reimbursement models, including capitated payments, Medicaid, Medicare, managed care, and grant-funded programs.
• Experience with multi-entity, multi-site operations and healthcare regulatory compliance.
• Proven success in leading teams through transformation, innovation, and organizational growth.

• Strong executive presence with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to build trust and collaboration across diverse teams and stakeholders.

Salary Range: $160,000 - $245,000
