Director, Executive & Internal Communications

Susan G. Komen is seeking a Director of Executive & Internal Communications to serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives, leading the development of speeches, presentations, and written communications. The role crafts consistent messaging around organizational priorities, culture, and change initiatives, and executes a comprehensive internal communications strategy to ensure employee alignment.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, or a related field (Master's preferred).

Experience: 7+ years in internal and executive communications within a complex, matrixed organization.

Skills: Exceptional writing and editing skills, ability to tailor messaging to executive voices, strong research and analytical skills, and experience with internal communication platforms and digital tools.

This is a remote position; candidates must be based within the contiguous United States.
