Director of Risk Management/Compliance

HealthPoint (Brazos Valley Community Action Agency) is seeking a Director of Risk Management/Compliance to lead the organization's Risk Management Program in College Station, Texas.

The Director is responsible for managing compliance, incident reporting and investigation, education and training, service recovery, and privacy oversight. This role involves leading the program, managing budgets, and representing the department at senior management meetings.

Location: College Station, TX (On-site)
Position Type: Full Time

Core Duties:
- Develop and maintain a written risk management plan
- Ensure compliance with Federal Torts Claims Act, HIPAA, and relevant accreditation standards
- Lead root cause analysis for clinical events
- Manage incident reporting systems

Leadership Responsibilities:
- Provide overall management and direction for the Risk Management department
- Monitor budgetary compliance
- Conduct performance appraisals and manage hiring/disciplinary procedures
