Vice President, Criminal Justice Partnerships

Behavioral Health Group (BHG) is seeking a Vice President, Criminal Justice Partnerships to lead the development and expansion of strategic referral partnerships across the criminal justice system.

The role involves building relationships with Departments of Corrections, Drug Courts, Probation/Parole agencies, and correctional facilities to increase access to medication-assisted treatment (MAT) for justice-involved individuals. Key responsibilities include negotiating MOUs, developing partnership strategies, and collaborating with clinical and operational leadership to drive patient admissions.

Salary: $200,000 - $250,000 annually

Location: Remote; Corporate office in Dallas, TX. Position requires 50-75% travel to BHG markets across the United States.

Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in criminal justice partnerships, justice system business development, healthcare business development, or correctional healthcare
- Demonstrated success developing executive relationships within the criminal justice system
- Strong negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills
- Ability to travel extensively (50-75%) throughout BHG markets
- Preferred: Experience in behavioral healthcare/addiction treatment and existing relationships with state or regional criminal justice leaders

- Proven ability to build referral networks and drive business growth within justice and community supervision settings
- Deep understanding of medication-assisted treatment (MAT) and opioid use disorder treatment models
- Expertise in cross-functional leadership, aligning partnership efforts with enterprise growth objectives
