Executive Director, LCCC Foundation

Laramie County Community College Foundation seeks an Executive Director to lead strategic fundraising, donor relations, and community engagement for the college. The ED reports to the Foundation Board of Directors and oversees all foundation operations including fundraising activities, asset management, and resource allocation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategy including major gifts, planned giving, and capital campaigns
• Personally manage major gifts of $100,000 or more
• Build and sustain relationships with major donors, alumni, corporations, and foundations
• Provide strategic leadership and collaborate with College President and Cabinet
• Engage and support the Foundation Board of Directors
• Promote alumni and community engagement through outreach initiatives
• Ensure financial stewardship, transparency, and ethical compliance
• Lead foundation operations and staff development

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree required in nonprofit management, communications, business administration or related field (master's preferred)
• Minimum 5 years proven experience in nonprofit operations, board management, fundraising, and donor relations
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Raiser's Edge

Salary: $100,718 - $126,993 annually, plus comprehensive benefits including 14.62% employer retirement contribution, educational benefits, 17 paid holidays, and generous leave.
