Executive Director

Nitartha Institute seeks a part-time Executive Director for its Buddhist educational programs. Reporting to the Executive Committee, the director guides organizational strategy, finances, fundraising, staff, and program operations.

The role is remote except during the Summer Institute, with up to 20 hours per week and annual compensation of $25,000-$30,000. Candidates should bring senior nonprofit or educational leadership experience, financial management skills, familiarity with Buddhist teachings, and an established connection to the Nitartha or Nalandabodhi community.
