HR Technology Manager

ATI is seeking an HR Technology Manager to serve as a strategic liaison between Human Resources, Payroll, Information Technology, and external service providers. This role focuses on driving the HR technology roadmap, leading digital transformation, managing vendor relationships, and delivering solutions to improve operational efficiency, compliance, and employee experience. This is an on-site position based in Dallas, Texas.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary relationship manager between HR/Payroll and IT/vendors; advise on AI capabilities and technology opportunities
- Manage the intake, prioritization, and governance of enhancement requests; document business requirements and functional specifications
- Lead projects from initiation through deployment, including change management and communication
- Manage relationships with managed service providers (e.g., Accenture) and vendors (e.g., ADP, Cornerstone, UKG/Kronos); monitor SLAs and operational performance
- Support audit activities, reporting, compliance, and data governance
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Information Systems, Business Administration, IT, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in HR technology, HRIS, business analysis, or project management
- Experience supporting enterprise HR/Payroll/Talent/Learning systems; proven ability to manage third-party vendors and outsourced support
- Preferred: Knowledge of ADP, Cornerstone, UKG/Kronos; experience with offshore teams, HR digital transformation, or manufacturing environments
