Position Summary

The Manager of Financial Planning and Reporting oversees the Elliot Medical Group finance division, maintaining sound financial policies and reporting. This role is responsible for managing the annual budget process, projections, long-range planning, and variance analysis to support the organization's strategic objectives.

What You'll Do

• Oversee and coordinate annual budgets and projections for Elliot Medical Group, including end-user training.
• Lead budget training sessions for department heads.
• Adhere to Physician Finance leadership timelines for process milestones.
• Complete review and analysis of practice-level budgets, ensuring revenue, compensation, and expenses are accurately reflected.

Who You Are (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field.
• 5-7 years of experience performing budget/financial analysis in healthcare.
• 2 years of management/supervisory experience in finance.
• Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
