National Program Director, Public Health, Clinical Solutions & Licensing

The American Heart Association (AHA) seeks a National Program Director, Public Health, Clinical Solutions & Licensing to lead the organization's strategy and execution for the commercialization of AI-enabled content and solutions, as well as electronic health record (EHR) partnerships. This home-based role focuses on senior-level leadership in partnership development, licensing strategy, and enterprise deal execution to drive scalable growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Define alliance and licensing strategy for AI-enabled clinical content and EHR partnerships. Negotiate complex commercial and licensing agreements. Coordinate cross-functional efforts with product, legal, and technology teams to support successful integration, compliance, and adoption. Oversee customer success team to ensure ongoing sales and relationship management.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; 8 years of progressive experience in healthcare technology, digital health, or health-IT adjacent organizations, with increasing responsibility in partnerships, enterprise sales, or commercialization.

Preferred: 10+ years of relevant experience.

Skills: Ability to define alliance and licensing strategy; expertise in negotiating complex commercial and licensing agreements; capability to coordinate cross-functional efforts across product, legal, and technology teams.

Salary: $135,000 - $145,000 (commensurate with experience; geographic differentials may apply)
