United Way of Marion County is seeking an experienced business, government, or nonprofit leader to serve as the organization's next President & CEO.
Position Overview
The President & CEO provides strategic leadership and overall management of United Way of Marion County. This executive role requires a dynamic leader with a proven track record in senior management, fundraising, community engagement, and organizational development.
Qualifications
- Five years or more in a senior management position required
- Experience in business, government, or nonprofit leadership
- Strong background in fundraising and development
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Demonstrated ability to work with boards, volunteers, and community stakeholders
