The Robert & Ethel Kennedy Human Rights Center seeks a President to lead the organization in advancing social justice and human rights globally. The President will build on the legacy of Robert and Ethel Kennedy, articulating and implementing a strategic vision across advocacy, strategic litigation, education, culture and talent, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted convener and advocate for human rights across global audiences
- Weave the organization's legacy into a forward-looking, mission-grounded vision
- Serve as chief fundraiser and lead development strategies
- Maintain a collaborative partnership with the Board of Trustees
- Lead and inspire a diverse team in a values-driven, inclusive culture
- Manage organizational leadership within shifting sociopolitical, technological, and legal landscapes
- Steward and leverage the Kennedy family legacy
- Oversee organizational financial resources

Qualifications:
- A leader of conviction, integrity, and global credibility
- Demonstrated commitment to human rights and social justice
- Senior executive leadership experience, ideally in a mission-driven organization
- Proven track record in fundraising and external relations
- Experience managing complex organizations and diverse teams
