The Senior Manager, Content Marketing will lead the content team at GoFundMe, focusing on the nonprofit audience. The role involves shaping the company's editorial point of view, writing flagship content, and leveraging AI to accelerate production while maintaining brand voice.

Responsibilities

• Content Strategy: Lead nonprofit content strategy across the Global Go-To-Market organization, own the end-to-end content calendar, and align content with product launches and marketing goals.
• Writing & Editorial: Write and edit high-visibility content; set the editorial bar for the team.
• Leadership: Build and grow a team of writers; establish editorial processes, workflows, and review cycles.
• Performance: Track content metrics (organic traffic, engagement, pipeline influence) and iterate on strategies based on data.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of B2B content experience, including at least 3 years in a team leadership or senior editorial role.
• A portfolio demonstrating thought leadership and long-form writing with a clear, distinctive voice.
• Proven experience building or significantly scaling a content function.
• Experience with SEO fundamentals, content distribution, and pipeline-connected content strategy in a SaaS environment.
• Strong data analysis skills to inform editorial decisions.

Salary Range

$151,000 - $226,000 annually (U.S.). Pay may vary based on skills, experience, and geolocation differentials.
