Sr. Project Manager

Texas Children's Hospital seeks a Sr. Project Manager to lead and manage complex, multi-disciplinary, and enterprise-wide projects including business planning, strategic planning, financial analysis, development of affiliations/contracts, and operations planning.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage multiple complex projects and monitor progress against plans and budgets. Coordinate resources, data, information, and personnel. Analyze project issues and data to provide recommendations to leadership. Maintain regular communication with project stakeholders. Evaluate project effectiveness during and after assignments. Provide high-level project management and operations expertise for both internal and external assignments.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Bachelor's degree required; preferred in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field. A master's degree in these fields may substitute for two years of experience.

Experience: 5 years of relevant work experience required, including 2 years managing medium to large-sized projects.
