Position Summary:
The CEO is the strategic and external leader, responsible for vision, financial sustainability, fundraising, community partnerships, brand visibility, and Board relations. Working closely with the COO, the CEO drives long-term organizational direction while ensuring Generations' intergenerational mission is clearly communicated throughout the community.

Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as primary liaison to the Board with transparent communication
• Lead development and execution of strategic plan
• Serve as chief fundraiser - cultivate donors, lead major gifts and grant strategy
• Act as public ambassador, building relationships with business leaders, donors, foundations, and elected officials
• Provide high-level financial leadership ensuring strong revenue forecasting and business modeling
• Partner with COO to ensure strong internal operations and staff alignment
• Elevate brand and expand visibility through community partnerships

Ideal Candidate:
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
• 7+ years nonprofit/mission-driven leadership OR 10+ years senior leadership in relationship-driven business
• Proven track record in revenue generation (fundraising, sales, business development)
• Strong strategic planning, financial management, and analytical skills
• Exceptional communication and public-facing skills
• Passion for community-building and intergenerational mission
